What do you need to be a good architect?

In my opinion to be a good architect you need a lot of things because architecture it’s hard to study and be an architect it’s a very long process.

You must be creative, observer,  responsible and perseverant because in this long process maybe you’ll fall down and you’ll stress, but that perseverant will help you to keep on. Above all you must be comprehensive person because you will work with people all the time and and these people will be your customers why you should be friendly and strong.

First month

I need to be honest, this one of the hardest post that I had to write, because I still don’t know well why I decided to study architecture, because I had so many careers in my mind before, first of all, when I was in the school I didn't know if I would be in the university this year. 

I had to think what I want to do when I was older, I wanted a career dynamic, I like history, draw, to create and the architecture. I like to create and let fly my imagination, make things with my own hands and be able to learn new things every week.

My first month in this university was hard, because is so difficult to adapt to all the things we need to do, I didn't have time to make ordinary things and that is hard because is new. People here is nice and help to others like me, I like the campus, and I think that my clases are pretty interesting. I hope the next months and years I be able to adapt my time and my life to this career, because I like it.

My north trip/ Summer

My north trip

This year was different to the past years, I had an amazing vacations in amazing places I had never been before, was my first experience traveling alone with a good friend.

First of all, this trip wasn't planned at all, we decide travel one week before start the adventure, we hadn't so much money and we didn't know about what we will do, or what places we will visit.

Finally we went to the North of Chile, the first day we arrived to a friend’s house in Coquimbo, and the new day we went to “Valle del Elqui” with some friends, we camp in the nature next to the “Elqui” river, and the night there was the best, was the most beautiful sky in the world. I can say it was an unforgettable experience and I will always remember it.

The following days we spent our time in Serena, visiting the most important things there, like “El faro”, a beach called “Cuatro esquinas”. We spent three days there until we decided to take a bus and meet with part of my family in “Punta de Choros”, I was so excited because I wanted meet “Isla Damas”, and yes, I had one of the best times in my life there, it's a beautiful place, full of animals like the Humbold Penguins in their natural habitat, that place is nature in full expression. One of my best memories was swim with my mom in the ocean near to the island.

This trip was a good way to learn, learn about my country and their beautiful and full of history places, learn about new things, learn about to be by myself and make some memories for the future.

After all this magical trip, I arrived to "Viña del Mar" and I spent two weeks there, and that was the way I ended my vacations.

This year my vacations were pretty different to another years and I hope the next year will be even better.
